|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.|

We hope every customer is delighted with the natural, botanical products available at MountainBody.com. Questions or concerns? Please call us at 800-417-2365, Monday -Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original, unopened packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
All exchanges must be made within 7 days on unopened product with an original receipt. If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products they have the option to receive a refund (40% of the principle amount will be charged as handling and restocking fee). Product must be in new condition and not used. There is absolutely no refund on shipping and handling charges.
Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
